“March 3rd at 2:45 AM is a date my husband and I will always remember. A tornado hit our home and neighborhood, the damage done in 2 minutes was unbelievable.
We are just so grateful for Erie insurance. From the first phone to call to file the claim; the claim adjuster calling me back so promptly and getting someone to come out to put tarps on the roof.
The claim adjuster coming out so quickly to access the damage to our home; he was so very professional and caring. He explained our coverage in layman’s terms and by the end of the week, we had our check.
We have Erie for our auto and boats also. We had damage to both and the claim adjuster was wonderful as well. Each claim was handled so quickly and efficient.
I cannot say enough of great things about Erie. I was impressed with each and every step of the claim. Erie gave us peace of mind. As difficult as it was to get our lives back to normal, we have much to be thankful for.
